Black Marvels Club Privacy Policy describes the information collected by our mobile applications and how we use that information.

We may collect non personal information such as the data of install, frequency of use, country, equipment and channel.

Many applications are governed by their respective privacy policies which are beyond our control.

Once you share your image using these applications use of any information provided by you is governed by the privacy policy of these applications.

If you can’t find the privacy policy of any of these sites via a link from the application’s homepage you should contact the application directly for more information.

7. Sharing Customer Information :-

Third Party services due to our modus operandi it becomes necessary for us to share certain client information with third parties.

Customer information could be shared with third parties for better customer assistance, better marketing services and analyzing the data.

Black Marvels Club shall not be held liable for loss of data or any unauthorized access to the client information stored by us.

8. Other Websites and Servers :-

Third party web sites may use certain technology to send the content of our web site to process payments for the purchase of services on our web site etc.

In addition third parties may host the servers that deliver our hosted services to our clients.

We have collected personal information from a child under age 13 without parental consent we will delete that information as quickly as possible.

- Photos/Media/Files access to read the contents of your USB storage & modify or delete the contents of your USB storage

13. Collection And Use Of Contact Permission And Images In App

App needs to grant contact permission to enable app features as contact recovery, edit contacts, share contacts.

Using this permission app needs to get contact list to use app core features in app.

User must grant to contact permission to use app where app doesn't collect or store users contact list anywhere.

User needs to grant images permission to access user images for app where user can add image on contact photo while create new contact with photo using this app.

App needs to access images permission from user but app doesn't store user’s images to anywhere, it just use for app purposes only.

App create contacts database for app core features but this database only store in user phone not anywhere else.

If user deny contact permission to get contact list, user doesn't use app features.

14. Privacy Policy Changes :-

In Black Marvels Club's Privacy Policy may change from time to time we will post any privacy policy changes on this page so please review it periodically.

We may provide you additional forms of notice of modifications or updates as appropriate under the circumstances.

We might make suitable amendments to its Privacy Policy.
